Ziyad Rahim is an adventure-runner from Pakistan. He currently holds 10 Guinness World Records in long-distance running, ranging from marathons to ultra-marathons.

Ziyad is the founder and CEO of Z Adventures.

To-date, Ziyad has completed over 200 long-distance races in more than 70 countries. He is a member of the seven continents marathon club, having completed the circuit seven times.

Ziyad is also the only person in the world to have completed a half marathon, full marathon and an ultra marathon on each continent.
